User Content and AI Outputs
You retain responsibility for the images, prompts, and materials you upload. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content. AI-generated outputs are provided for visualization, inspiration, planning, and ideation. They are not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, permit, or legal advice.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Pricing, taxes, renewal timing, refund handling, and billing methods may vary by platform or payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for managing your subscription before renewal.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AI Interior Design for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful purposes. This includes creating misleading property visuals, violating privacy rights, uploading content you do not own, bypassing safeguards, or using the service to automate spam or abuse.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, analytics, payments, authentication, AI processing, and app store distribution. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or separate terms imposed by those third parties.
